Due to the ongoing situation regarding social distancing we have changed our approach to how the uplift operates. This is a temporary measure to be put in place until such a time that the government restrictions are eased.

What this means is the uplift is now only bookable to families or groups that have been cocooning together. Groups of 2-6 people may book half the uplift van for their party. The price for each half of the van is set to €125 for 3 hours regardless of whether it’s 2 people or 6. For example, to book a group of 4 people the 3 hour slot would cost €31.25 each.

Each uplift van is now kitted out with a protective screen down the middle and a further shield to separate the uplift driver from the customers. Vans and trailers will be wiped down and sanitized after each slot and riders oversee mounting their own bikes on to the trailers and removing them once the van reaches its destination at the top of the hill.
